Bullying
and Harassment in the Workplace
A senior consultant is constantly belittling a junior doctor.
A young male member of staff has been making sexual comments
to a female colleague. Is the lady that organises a lunchtime
picnic club but excludes certain members of staff a bully
too? This course helps identify potential bullying and by
using actors provides a secure environment for delegates to
explore effective ways of dealing with what are often
sensitive issues.
Managing
Others For Excellent Results
How effective are your management skills? How would you deal
with two members of staff whose working relationship has
completely broken down, or a member of staff who has become
totally unmotivated? With actors playing the members of your
staff in a forum theatre environment, this course enables
delegates to find productive and long term solutions to
problems in the workplace.

Service workshops
We run workshops to encourage people to adopt best practice
in the workplace. These are tailored to your organisation’s
particular needs and concentrate on areas such as meeting and
greeting, delivering clear and accurate information, customer
etiquette and dealing with complaints. Our actors will
recreate scenes based on real-life scenarios.
Personal
Presentation Skills Training
We have a wealth of experience in helping
business people to present themselves and their ideas with
clarity and impact. Our aim is to help the delegate gain
confidence through discovering and developing their natural
presentation style. Using video, delegates presentations are
played back to them giving a clear idea of how they come
across. We give coaching in all aspects of presentation
technique, including preparation, body language, eye contact,
voice techniques, and choice of language and style.
