At heavy pencil we pride

clients. Every organisation is different with a range of
competences and cultures. When designing and writing a course
we feel it is of utmost importance to spend time liaising and
tailoring the course to suit the company and delegates
involved. We pride ourselves on the truly bespoke nature of
the services we provide.
We hand pick all our actors to fit each individual brief and
workshop. We always take into account age, casting type and
ethnic origin.
Our consultant, David Rowan, has vast experience writing for
events all over the world. His work covers:
- Forum Theatre - David
researches the key issues that effect a team and creates
engaging entertaining scenarios that stimulate debate and
learning.
- Role play - He works with
you and your team to create highly detailed role plays to
train and test your team members.
- Team building events -
murder mysteries, etc. are all specifically tailored to
client needs
- Clients have included
Suffolk County Council, Riskcare ltd, BP, Astra Zeneca and
Yorkshire Water.
