Why use actors?

Role playing is not designed to catch people out. A skilled role player should draw out an individual’s strengths as well as revealing those areas which may require more attention.

Our actors are trained to carefully study the information provided by the client, to build a convincing character, to react appropriately and to guide the candidate according to the requirements of the brief. In our hands, role play becomes a tool designed to help build confidence, bring out the best in your employees and increase your organisation’s efficiency.

When learning a new skill, reading a book or watching a film will not necessarily give you a deep understanding. Our actors have the role play and feedback skills to provide a "hands on" practical approach to corporate training in an interactive forum. This is a practical way to confront your business needs and address many core competences. Our research shows that the role play section of workshops are often the most beneficial part of the day.

By creating life-like scenarios we can help delegates practice and learn how to deal with challenging situations in the workplace and how to bring about the most positive outcomes. Our actors can respond in many ways to the same scenarios giving delegates experience of the different circumstances they might face.
